Delivery & Returns Policy

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-7 days (US & CANADA)  for your order to be delivered. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout and unforeseen circumstances like holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other factors may affect delivery times..

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

If you attempt to return items after the specified time, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

2.4 Sale Items

Please note that “sale” items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. No exchanges or store credit will be provided for such items.

2.5 Processing of Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it promptly. We will issue an online store credit, which will be sent to your email address. The store credit can be applied during checkout, deducting the credit amount from your total order cost. Please note that we process returns on the same day we receive them.

2.6 Exchanges

We regret that we are unable to process exchange requests at this time. We only issue online store credit for eligible returns.

2.7 Rejected Returns

In the event that a returned item is rejected due to not meeting the return criteria, we will notify you. You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to have the item sent back to you. After 30 days, if arrangements haven’t been made, the item will be considered forfeited.
